Which carriers do you use to post my order?
The majority of our items are sent via Australia Post but some larger orders will be sent by courier at our discretion.
When will you post my order?
If you place your order and we can confirm that it has been paid for in full, it will usually be posted within 48 hours, but often earlier than that
Am I able to Pick-up my Order?
We are purely an online business however we can arrange pick up from Harris Park after 2-3pm during business days. Please note that this will need to be pre-arranged and we will require at least a few hours notice.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Transit guidelines provided by Australia Post are as follows:
Sydney: 2-3 WORKING days
Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro areas: 3-7 WORKING days
Other Capital & NSW, QLD, VIC and SA Regional areas: 3-10 WORKING days
WA, TAS, NT & Remote QLD areas: 7-12 WORKING days
Shipping to New Zealand should take 6-20 WORKING days.
Shipping to other international destinations will vary between 5 to 10 WORKING days.
Over 90% of Orders arrive within these transit times. However, if your order has still not arrived after more than 1 Full working day after the end of the specified guidelines above, please contact us.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping please take a clear photo of the damage or incorrect product and contact us as soon as possible. You will find we are more than happy to help you out and will make the process as pain-free as possible. We do however require photographic proof of a problem before any refund or replacement will be made. We will of course send out your replacement item at no cost to you after we receive proof of the problem.
To exchange an item, simply place a new order and return the previous item to us for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

If an item has sold out, it will be displayed as such and will be unavailable to purchase however we will restock it as soon as possible.
